  1. When the pen got analysed at the end of the game it showed Valencia gets a little contact on the foot so wobbles his leg. Right call imo. The RvP challenge was nowhere near as bad as Shelvey's, the ref got both decisions spot on. RvP's wouldn't even be a talking point from any other fans.
  2. Stupid of Johnson. Hope they miss, a draw would be the best result for us.
  3. If someone dives in at you like that you need to get in the air yourself, take it planted and your legs a gonna. Edit: I haven't got the commentary on either, 4 mins of F1 to go before I start listening to the footy.
  4. If I was playing football and someone (either team) made a tackle like that I'd be pissed off at them. Shocking challenge that can easily break someones leg. The only player we have who does them stupid challenges is Pienaar, but he lacks the weight to cause any real damage, but he still shouldn't be risking it. There's absolutely no need to go for the ball like that.
  5. Self defence if he just took the tackle he'd be in a hospital now, similar to Fellaini with the big Greek kopite.
  6. Schumacher , the safety car has just went away.
  7. Apparently it shouldn't of been a red card because *big breath* Fellaini kicked someone in the shin and didn't get a red card against Newcastle
  8. Potential career ender, both feet off the ground. No need for that at all.
  9. If only Vettel and Alonso had the same problems. This has been a great seasons so far
  10. Torres should have buried that. Nobody else playing in this thread?
  11. Feeling sentimental, I'm swapping my vote to Anichebe. With an extra bit of luck he would have had a hattrick today.
  12. I didn't realise how bad Dyer's second challenge is, should have been a straight red.
  13. Bugger I watched the second half of that game so I've already saw half of tonight's goals. Hopefully the other games have some other entertainment in them.
  14. If we're throwing cocktails into the mix, its all about mojitos
  15. You do realise he could have sent off Williams at the start and we had a couple of pen shouts? Only bad decision was Dyer's first yellow. Michu should have had a second yellow, the ref done his best to keep your players on the pitch.
  16. Just said I might support Liverpool tomorrow to help us with our title challenge. The kopite didn't take it well aha. TBH other than Norwich, I wouldn't like any of them to get 3 points.
  17. Guessing this goes well with pringles?
  18. Nice play from Soton to go 2-1 up, thanks to (Ten, look away now) Clyne. Barkley has scored a pen 1-1 with Bolton. Southampton 3-1. Aston Villa look Championship bound.
  19. A quick Twitter round up: John Heitinga ‏@Johnheitinga Thanks 4 your wonderfull support! Happy with the 90 minutes, the clean sheet and win in #Swansea of course. #Everton #COYB phil neville18 ‏@fizzer18 "@DavidJonesSky: very good today Phillip, impressed." Thanks Dave score should have been 7-3!!!! Gary Lineker ‏@GaryLineker I think it's fair to say that this Everton side is excellent Opta ‏@OptaJoe 2 - Victor Anichebe has netted a goal in back-to-back Premier League appearances for the first time in his career. Pumped.
  20. Wigan - Fulham. Sidwell and McCarthy sandwiched the ref Lee Probert. Only watched the last 10 mins and it's all Fulham, Rogdella and Berba causing problems. 0-1 Rodgella, a few boos but he doesn't celebrate.
  21. I can't remember him doing anything of note.
  22. 1) What did you make of the game today? The first 30 mins we were excellent and should have put the game to bed. The rest was great for a neutral. 2) Was it a fair result? The result is fair, however the score could have been a silly one. 3) Who impressed you for the Swans? I was surprised to see Routledge start ahead of Dyer, but he was good in spells. 4) Where do you think the Swans will finish this year? Above Liverpool.
  23. Tough one, between Felli, Howard, and Anichebe with Mirallas and Baines not far behind. I think Felli pips it, as he was unplayable at times as was Anichebe but not as often. Howard made some vital saves, if it had stayed 2-0 I would have picked Howard as Swansea should have scored 2 goals.
  24. Opta ‏@OptaJoe 8 - Marouane Fellaini has scored or assisted eight goals in his last 10 Premier League appearances. Threat.
