did you see my point that we should've had a freekick for a similar challenge seconds before? Thats inconsistency from the ref which screwed us
Look, Barry and the 2 CBs should've known better but fact is ref made a wrong decision before their freekick and that's the route cause of the goal

Naismith.
Can't believe any one rated Pienaar's performance in that game. I didn't think he contributed very much at all.

Not just those decisions though. How many times did he stop our momentum by wrongfully stopping play?

The ref was a massive difference. Look at Utd, them little decisions had the same team 20 more points at this stage of the season last year.

gutted, we were the better team and deserved to win, we had a lapse and they score a goal. other than that, we shut them down and looked more threatening. we need to finish, link up play is great, but put it in the box for heaven's sake.

Other end of the pitch and that would have been a pen.

Great play from Naismith making space, unfortunately Mirallas didn't go for the pass once he was back onside.

Good job from Jags to catch up and put a leg in. Cracking play then dribble from Coleman beforehand.

This is like playing SAF's United, everytime their defence fecks up the ref saves them.

He was much worse as a centre back against Norwich then he was as a right back against Liverpool or Villa. I'm not saying he'll be a better right back than centre back btw. But it's suprising how few of you can see context. Villa had 5 defenders and their 2 central midfielders a couple of yards in front of them in their box, of course he isn't gonna cross! He passed and turned his way out of trouble in our own half when building play up, used the ball well up front and created a very good chance with one of his passes. Against Liverpool he was let down by his experienced team mates like Jags and Barry who were responsible for the major fuck ups, yet Stones gets most of the grief.

Spurs have greater quality in depth than we can dream of.
As a pairing it's hard to look past McCarthy and Barry, but Spurs haven't established their best match yet due to injuries. I'd have Paulinho and Sandro at Everton in a heart beat.

OptaJoe @OptaJoe 39m 22 - Liverpool have now scored more goals from set-pieces than any other Premier League side this season. Update.

No he wasn't, the guy to his left was dogshit though.

I'd start with Naismith up top with Miralles. Super Kev was isolated for large parts of the game until Nais came on.

The more I think about it the more I like this deal.
We're their only clients (right now) so we'll be their priority, their flagship so to speak. They'll value us unlike Nike. They'll do more for us (women's and baby sizes highlight this). Shirts will likely be cheaper than they were with Nike too.
My one concern is, like I said, generic shirts. Obviously for now they'll be unique to us but once they get other clubs to sign on with them? Fingers crossed they don't just use a template like they used to.
Also, shame we're still with Kitbag. Shit deal. Wish we could get out of it.
