Dreading it? We're in absolute cack at the minute. I'm petrified about this weekend, in fact, I've been petrified watching Liverpool for a while now.
I predict a draw, which would be another bad result for us.
He should have got at least a fine although "imprisonment", as some people called for, was ridiculous as things like this DO happen every week. Still, let's be honest, he got away with it because he's a professional footballer.
Fergie is annoying me more than usual this year. His comments about Man City being a small club seem highly hypocritical when he criticised Rafa for saying even less (Rafa said Everton were a smaller club if you remember ).
Signing Michael Owen was as much to rub our noses in it as anything.
I'm not a massive fan of Arbie but he's our best choice for right back certainly.
Jagielka is the obvious choice but I don't remember seeing much of Lescott so can't comment too much there.
Definitely not Labour. Definitely not the Lib Dems. And as for the Tories, not if hell froze over.
It's really tough atm. SNP get my support but they've hardly been angels. I don't trust Alex Salmond.
I agree that almost all clubs in the Prem have this sick minority now. When well behaved fans start drilling in what's right and wrong to these guys then things will improve. I always try to spread such a message on Liverpool forums. Anybody condoning such behaviour should be treated like what they are - children.
I think at the moment Everton (to an extent along with Villa) are the bridge between mid table and the top 4. Moyes is doing an excellent job but Everton just don't have the financial clout to compete with the top 4 for an extensive time. You did it a few years ago (break the top 4) but it'll take a hell of a job to keep you there. If you get a couple more top class players I could see you causing some real problems.
