Loosing Beattie and VDM isn't that bad a thing neither play very often and are both on very high wages by the standard of our club. I agree loosing two players and only getting one isn't good for squad size but we do have two very good young strikers and that that guy with Polish name that we have recently signed. I'm not going to attempt to spell his name.

With the way our tow boy wounders have been scoring latley I have been woundering if instead of buying Nugent we should buy a more experianced player to help them along? Johnson is still only 25 and still needs experiance.

Think we will sign a defender (well thats what the club are saying) then Moyes will do a bit of wheeling and dealing, some going out to fund others comming in.

Yes I think we will get Lescott, I haven't seen him play so will have to trust Moyes on this one. Anyone seen him play? My other guess is Jay Jay?

Hope Palace get a manager who spends the money wisely. I'm glad we have bougght from an English team from the lower leagues. It is nice that the transfer money will help an English club instead of an European team, hopefully the money Palace gets will be spent on other English teams and keep them alive. I know Palace don't need saving by the way.

Why not sell him to Arsenal and ask for Campbell in part ex? He seems to be over his problems now?
