I think Owen would be a great signing we have struggled for goals when the yak was out injured! Vic needs to be sold attitude and also i dont believe he will ever be that good to command a 1st team place if we get Owen and Jo with Vaughan and the Yak we could sell Saha and bring Baxter on a little more. Saha has to be on around 50k and who would you rather have Owen or Saha my money is on Owen

Think a lot of the shirts are retained by the same players year on year so I am not to concerned about the squad numbers might change that opinion though if naysmith wright and weir are in the starting 11 come the start of the season

Have to agree about milner think he looks a class player and could possible get him on loan for a season or even try and rais the 3 mil for him with the sale of naysmith and mcfadden.

Craccer what formation/tactic are you playing? I am using a traditional 442 ith a direct passing, tackling normal tempo quick and closing down moved up a few notches with counter attack on seems to do me alright but would not mind trying your tactic as you seem to be doing well.

have heard that huth was after monster wages which we were not willing to pay so unless the lescot5t fee was silly think it was a decent bit of business and at least now weir will hopefully not be the starting cb next season.

I think he is slightly over priced at 8.5 mil but even so I think he will be a good signing and as stated by a few other people he will help bt game as well so if we can snap up a cb or 2 and a left sided midfielder then i think we will have a decent season

Think we should be safe from that one we already have neville and carsley in the Dm position as well as arteta and cahill that play in the centre. Although saying that dm was after him last year so a year of dithering is about the right length of time.

Would be chuffed if joey stay but the sad fact of the matter is we can't afford to lose him we would with stubbs, weir and ferrari potential not avalible next year 4mil or what ever we get for him is only going to bring in one player so why not stick with the tried and tested!
