I need to get mentally fit after watching the villa game.

It is madness borne of frustration, especially after creating so much against Fulham but not scoring, to having DCL back, only to lose him to injury and create not much at all and get played off the park. Not to mention the shit show that is our management, and the lack of key transfer targets signed. Dyche makes mistakes don't get me wrong, should not of played Keane, should have played Branthwaite instead, should not of player Garner on the wing, but he has been hampered by injuries and lack of transfers. Dyche needs a win, so do Everton, if we don't then he may be the scapegoat the board uses to try to cover their failures re investment.

Lets hope 777 are not the US investors.

I feel sorry for they guy. I was at the match yesterday (rare trip to Goodison Park) and he, looked very lively, got into great positions, but his finishing is aweful. From his first shot when we won the ball back and counter attacked and he dragged it wide you could see he would never score. From then on the chances he had got easier and he found new ways to miss them. He tried hard, but his form and confidence are shot. They guy next go me said he couldnt score at a sex party, about sums it up. Not sure why Dyche kept him on so long, we all felt he would be subbed at half time, and were shocked when he came out. Anyone would have been better. Was Dyche making a point to the board? He got a round of applause when he came off, relief really, then we conceded straight away. Everton that. Does not deserve the abuse, nobody does. But his time here is done, he cant play for us again, it would be cruel and unfair on him more than anything.

I thought he grew into the game, his passing and vision were good and after about 20 mins his tackling was spot on. I gave him a 7, and was watching him most of the match.

Both will go. Gomes did well on loan last season and Holgate will get a move too.

I think he has the potential to be a very good player. So maybe it's not silly money considering the market.
