  1. Wonderful appeal to authority, however, just because Fergie has a knowledgeable opinion on Moyes, doesn't mean his thoughts are worth more than mine. Shit, there a few biologists around who still deny darwinian evolution because they have a opinion not related to the facts. Fergie's opinion of Moyes may have been valid 2 years ago, and then I would have agreed, but since then he's not earned such high regard from such reputable authority. Moyes' failures to learn new tactics, figure out how to make an effective sub, win a cup game at HOME to a lower div team, etc, show he won't cut it at a big club like ManU. I'll give you he's a good manager, but until he wins something or puts us in the CL again, his promise doesn't mean fuck all.
  2. I agree with you on Cahill, Adam and Elmander. But, Scholes? Really, he's what? 60?
  3. Would love to see him come in. I'd much rather see Yak and Yobo go out and use their freed wages and transfer fees to get this lad. He was great against us and has size AND pace. I don't even know if Moyes knows what to do with a player like that.

I'd like to see Mucha Neville Heitinga Distin Baines Fellaini Coleman Osman Bily Cahill Beckford I'll be annoyed if Anichebe gets the nod above Beckford as only the latter has scored a goal. Fuck, Vic has been worthless this year. Give Mucha a shot against these lot as well as Osman to see if that ruffles mikel's feathers enough to find some fucking form.
  5. doesn't ever say he didn't want to go, but glad to see him back to everton and our business. at least until summer.
  6. This is much more realistic. Maybe even 10-12 for Jags.
  7. I disagree completely. I don't see a shred of evidence to suggest that Pienaar disrupted things amongst the other players, or between him and DM up until the Derby. Surely, that must be forgivable as his transfer (and future) was in the balance. He played well this whole season and his form was no better nor worse than any other player who is still here (bar Felli and Coleman). Nothing in his play, up until the derby, gave me any reason to think he had stopped trying. You must separate form from effort, Pienaar surely was giving bucket loads of the latter regardless of his intent to leave. You called it a saga. That is definitely not the right word. It was a transfer. Pienaar wanted more money than the club was willing/able to offer him so he moved. Simple as that. A saga demands drama. Show me evidence for a shred of DRAMA created by Pienaar wanting to leave. He left professionally and did not make a fuss in the lead up to his departure. I'm sad he left, but that is no reason to lambaste him or what you suppose his effect on the team was. Also, love that you exclaim so passionately that there's no way I can have any idea what Pienaar is thinking, yet you are in tune with the entire squad's psyche(see: bold).
  8. The Pienaar saga? you've got to be kidding. There wasn't a saga. Pienaar was professional through the whole thing and played his best until the Derby.
  9. wonderful strike. but fuck me.
  10. why is their russian so much better than ours? I want that one!
  11. must neville play the long ball every time? God knows, I love him but shit man. pass it short every now and then.
  12. Why must arteta slow the pace every time he gets the ball. he seems the only player on the pitch content to move at a snail's pace.
  13. about time one of DM's team selections made sense.
  14. Good line-up. Hoping for a win. 2-1 Saha and Bily.
