I've remained hopeful for this drunken, junky mentalist since the day he signed and i'm still hanging to the glimer of hope that he can play some part but with every comeback speech he makes the hope fades. Who knows, if he's going to prove himself nows the time, he wouldn't have to do much to stand out at the moment.

If he pulls his finger and starts wanting it a bit more like he used to he'll be a good player to have in the squad if he's cheap. At this point i think it can only be a good thing.

If he passes the medical and can have a couple of spells injury free i think its a good signing. we've always been linked with him in the past so now he's free i'm sure its being looked at. Think there was some injury problems in Turkey and some sort of fall out but who actually cares at this point.
