I apologise if this is in the wrong category, however I was just curious as if to anybody knows of any biography's written by Everton or ex-Everton players of the past 10 or so years? I know Rooney has one, which I refuse to read, and also Louis Saha. Are there any others?

This makes sense with me, possibly with Eto and Lukaku swapping. I don't know what this big ordeal with Besic is people want him started in every game. This one is for McCarthey and Barry, Besic as many people have said, especially with Martin Atkison in charge, will get targeted and possibly sent off.

Can see McGeady being deployed behind the striker to be honest. I think Atsu will shine and I hope Oviedo has a good game its really, really good to see the fan favourite back. Another interesting one will be Hibbo, I cant remember his last competitive game and can see him lacking his sharpness. Nevertheless, I wish him all the best as he has been a credit to Everton football club.

Howard - a strong shout. I'm surprised he wasn't in more of a contention when Neville left. Coleman - Seems too shy and humble. Baines - Again, too shy I think. Barry - So - so, but I don't think he's been at the club long enough and is getting old now too, I would like more of a long term option. McCarthey - I like him I really do, but there's just some reason, and I don't know why, I wouldn't like him as skipper. Naismith - I dont mean to lose faith in him, but I just can't see this form lasting forever, and consistently I can't see him being a week in week out starter. In the next 2 or 3 season I'd hope that either John Stones or Ross Barkley would take our captaincy. They're young enough to fill that void and seem to be switched on enough to fulfil it. Barkley It think would be our best contender, the lad bleeds blue. Just to be clear however, I don't agree on stripping Jagielka of his captaincy just yet, that would be extremely unfair and would absolutely destroy his confidence.

It's a terrible idea paying him daft wages for two years at his age, for a player that will probably flop at his possible last club. I don't agree with it one bit. The clubs made several statements this year, however making statements and spending money you don't have are two different things. I didnt agree with spending 28 million on Lukaku either, as much as I love him he wasnt worth it. I really hope he proves me wrong, but a handful of goals from the bench isn't going to justify his wages.
