Aidan reacted to Palfy in Is Mark the jazz bassist ok?
He’s still posting on a Bassist site, sometimes I look in to see what he has to say was always interested in reading his views on music, he actually posted yesterday and from the outside seems well and in good health.

Was thinking the same thing today. Hope all is well still, he's a big loss to TT

Aidan got a reaction from Shukes in Alex Iwobi
Iwobi is obviously one of the better players in our squad, and he also isn't very good. Can we just settle on that?

Aidan reacted to Cornish Steve in Is Mark the jazz bassist ok?
I took the liberty to search last night for his username on Google (wanted to reassure myself that he's OK), and he remains active on some other sites. Good news that he's OK, but it does mean he's abandoned us - which is a real shame. Another casualty of the Benitez era?

Aidan reacted to Sibdane in Tom Davies
That's my problem with him: he doesn't really add anything. You don't bring him off the bench to change a game, and more often than not the person he's replacing should just stay on the field, because they're more effective. If he stays then the only situation I'd want to see him in are matches where we've already won and we just need a sub so another player can rest. It's hard to justify having a sub like that on the bench (although we do have a habit of putting two keepers on the bench which is even more baffling).
He's not even a terrible footballer, but I don't see what he brings to the pitch.

Aidan got a reaction from KinL in Tom Davies
There must be someone on a free on similar wages we can replace him with. He's one of those nothing players that doesn't excel in any particular area, and has a few average attributes. Disappointed if he does sign a new deal. Need to move on for the sake of his own career too.

I'd be interested to see how add-ons are actually structured. Who knows if the bulk of the £15m are appearance and goal based, or if it's the club reaching targets such as European football, or winning/reaching a domestic cup final etc.
Who knows if it even is £15m.

Aidan got a reaction from Wall Writer in Mason Holgate
Didn't he play there for Carlo a couple of times? I might be wrong but I'm sure he's played there before.

Aidan reacted to duncanmckenzieismagic in Abdoulaye Doucouré
Just seen this as his new song!
To the tune of That's Amore.
When the ball hits the net and you've just lost your bet that's Doucoure.
When the Leicester boys frown cos with Leeds they are down that's Doucoure.
When the red shite wet dream of Everton goin down is no moreay.
Thats tough shit cos there's a man we love
And his name is Doucoure.

Aidan got a reaction from StevO in James Tarkowski
When they had a player down injured, he had his hand around the back of his neck which looked quite intimidating, but it looked as if he was doing a bit of a welfare check, as if to say "are you okay, yeah? stop fucking about and get on with it then". Worth his weight in gold is Tarks.
And I believe he's played every minute this season. Time to find him a partner. Think he is the best CB we've had since Jags.

He's the only outfield player in the league to play every minute.
