My line is still on copper and I average around 32-34Mbps. I was with Plusnet for years until switching to BT. IMO the customer service with both is hard to beat.

I had the flu jab even though I don't remember ever having flu. I'm the same in the at-risk category, I'm on immune-suppressing medication plus I'm now type 2 diabetic. I didn't know that they had a vaccine for shingles either Palf.
