Kayley is just 10 years old and has recently had her life saved by a double lung and heart transplant. She once famously said she wanted to go to a glittering awards ceremony to receive her award in her Everton kit! Kayley and the players were yesterday showing their support for the new national Live Life Then Give Life Campaign. 50% of those waiting for a tranpsplant like Kayley's die before ever getting that chance because of the chronic shortage of organ donors in the UK.
