Cloud
Chievo striker Carvalho de Oliveira Amauri says he is flattered by the interest of Roma. The Giallorossi are thought to be interested in the Brazilian, with reports claiming the two parties are expected to meet in the coming days to discuss a possible move. Amauri scored twice in Chievo's amazing 4-4 draw against Roma at the weekend and the striker admits he chose the best time to get on the score sheet. "Roma follow me? So I choose the right day to score a double," he said after the match. "They are a big side and the fact they want me means that I have done well at Chievo." Roma could face competition to win the services of Amauri after scouts from English sides Everton and Manchester United were also in attendance at the Stadio Marc`Antonio Bentegodi. Source: Sky Sports News Both clubs were thought to be impressed with Amauri's performance and are set to battle it out with Roma for the €7.5 million (£5.2 million) rated player. Bill
Pie in the sky.............. Davey wont pay over £5m for anymore Foreigners, not after the last fiasco. ................ And Xavier, Gera's not bad but i wouldnt drop any of our midfield to play him, he'd be a good squad man to cover for them.
