Mirallas
If he would want to go, which I doubt, then I'm thinking Romelu is performing really well, Bony is kind of udnerperforming at City, what if EFC could bargain a deal where they exchange Lukaku for Bony + 20 million, so we got a big budget for some extra reinforcements (goalkeeper and such)

He likes the ball in front of him which means either counter attacking play or 2/3 striker set where he isn't the holdup man. Neither of those is city. No thanks on bony. With the likes of Silva, Navas, Toure, Sterling, Nasri, he would be fed goals for fun. A leading line of Rom and Aguero together with Silva in behind is the stuff of dreams, or nightmares if you're playing against that! Finn balor
He's a big strong lad, at his best unplayable, uncontrollable at times..... beast like, what's there to 'hate' !Get over it, if we could defend, his goals, his beast like qualities would have us top of the table.Anyway a couple of post back, you describe him as like a 'steam roller'....... now, come on, steam roller, he's muchmore like a beast than a tarmac levelling machine.Beast, machine........ who cares, lets just hope he doesn't end up top of the goal scoring chats whilst playing for amidtable team, because if he does he'll be gone before next season and if he goes, Stones won't be far behind. MC11
We needs to be thinking about a replacement the way things are going. There is absolutely no way we can keep hold of him if he carries on scoring the goals he is and we finish mid-table. Bony could be an option. Romey 1878
The chances created and assists stats show, once again, that he isn't (and never has been IMO) just about goals. And I wouldn't swap him for Kane either, so well said Martinez. duncanmckenzieismagic
Deacs
Wouldn't swap him for anyone at the moment. Romey 1878
Hafnia
Wouldn't swap him for anyone at the moment. Id swap him for Suarez if I had to be picky but to say he's exceeded my expectations is an understatement. Long may it continue.
Mirallas
Wouldn't swap him for anyone at the moment. That's what Martinez is saying as well. They asked him if he'd swap Romelu for Spurs' Kane.
Blue 250
Enjoy him while you can lads ! He WILL improve with age unless something goes wrong for the lad, Martinez has got a lot of work to do to keep him. Martinez has been entrusted with a backbone of a team the likes of not seen before, the raw talent and potential of Stones, Barkley and Rom. Where ever we finish in the league, there's a big summer ahead for this club.

Blue 250
Why are you so worried about keeping Lukaku. Nahhhhh....your right, if Lukaku leaves, followed by say Stones.............and a few others, we'll be fine ! Why am I worried ! Lukaku is quality, other clubs WILL want him, Lukaku will probably want to double his money and win things........now any more stupid questions ! johnh
Id swap him for Suarez if I had to be picky but to say he's exceeded my expectations is an understatement. Long may it continue. Well, we'd be certain to get a penalty with Suarez, even with Twattenberg.
Mirallas
Well, we'd be certain to get a penalty with Suarez, even with Twattenberg. Yeah, but he would just try to injure Mirallas all the time.
MC11
If he's top scorer in the league this season and we finish outside the top four (which is pretty much done and dusted) he'll be off.
Finn balor
I'd like to think Martinez or whomever can keep these players for another year and see where we go. Rom will still be 23-24. His worth must be £50 mill
chalkpie
Martinez will have only himself to blame if this happens due to his ineptitude regarding the keeper situation and the defensive training, set pieces, crosses, etc. efc1111

Romey 1878
Only thing missing from him today was a goal. A one-man frontline despite Kone and Barkley supposedly being on the field to support him.
