Louis
15mins is a bit of an exaggeration ! Anything between 30-45 minutes in a taxi
Bill
20 mins would be about average, even the bus doesn't take 45minutes.
pete0
15mins is a bit of an exaggeration ! Anything between 30-45 minutes in a taxi It's only a 45 minute walk. Taxi up netherfield road 10 mins then another 5 to limestreet.
Lowensda
Taxi 15 mins, cost less than a tenner. 15mins is a bit of an exaggeration ! Anything between 30-45 minutes in a taxi 20 mins would be about average, even the bus doesn't take 45minutes. Lets be honest, we haven't helped the lad here 15, 20, 30, 45 minutes... Louis
You know what? I misread the question. Lime Street is at most 20minutes. Just remember to go for an express train, one that stops at fewer stations Sometimes they stop at each station and it takes an hour and a half when other express trains take 45mins, for the same price. Ste4321
Thanks for all the replies! I usually drive from the wirral with my family. Are there usually taxis knocking about I've never bothered to look before? If I were to get a bus what number and stop? And how long would that take? Thanks again
Blue 250
Taxis are about outside the ground, though they get taken pretty quick, you might be lucky. We usually go at a steady trot towards the city and there's a road on the left (don't know the name) where there is usually quite a few taxis waiting. The road is about a 5 min jog, I did my ankle running down there once, so just watch those friggin slabs
