Zoo
Typo from me there Marco, they won the League Cup in 1996. I tried to add the answer without checking with the answers as I knew Andy Townsend was one. The other answer is Kevin Richardson too so well done with that (won the 1994 League Cup). I have a few mutual friends with his son... his son's an interesting character to put it mildly. Last I heard he was training with monks in the Far East, I'm not sure if he's over his cross dressing phase - and that's not even scratching the surface! Dalziel Kane
That may be true but still an incorrect response. It was - France scored fourteen goals on route to winning the 1984 European Championships but only one goal was scored by a center forward or striker player, all the rest were Midfield players and other field units. (Michel Platini scored nine that year) 1984 was one of my favorite years. France were deserved winners and great semi-final with Portugal some may remember. That national side was far better than what won the 1998 World Cup and 2000 European Championships.
