Dalziel Kane
Rush was born in Flint, Wales. And damn our club for thinking he wasn't good enough and letting Liverpool have him. Idiots. Grobelaar was a decent call, did think about Lawrenson, but he wasn't even Irish. Jan Molby maybe. But don't know for sure
MikeO
Couldn't think beyond Grobbelaar (born in Durban, South Africa) so I checked. According to lfchistory.net he's ninth on the all time list behind Callaghan (born in Toxteth), Carragher (Bootle), Clemence (Skegness), Hughes (Barrow-in-Furness), Rush (St Asaph), Neal (Irchester), Smith (Liverpool) & Gerrard (Whiston). :dont know: Trick question? Dalziel Kane
No No, a dog ran on to the pitch from the park end, held up play for 15 minutes and took a while to restore order. Joe Max Moore scored an added time goal to grab us a 2 - 2 draw on the day. Walter Smith would have been manager. There was a brief furore at the time "Dog invades field and causes havoc". Or something. Bale wasn't a part of the Tottenham squad in 1999/2000 FFS. Was he being serious. Never know what to believe on these pages sometimes. I'm no goddamn attention whore. I can't stand them from a personal perspective and would rather keep a low profile. You and some others maybe need to distinguish between the ones who actually want to be the center of attention and those who just go about their business and just make spontaneous responses that retrospectively may have been wrong at the time and caused a bit of furore or notice but with no intention of any attention seeking expedition. You can leave that to the relevant names. But don't make claims for all to see, and there has to be some line of defense. I'm not going to say another word on the issue. Advise you take notice to save your own, and others, time. I don't know the answer to this latest trivia. Burnley maybe but it's a long shot.
