Romey 1878
Moyes is 33/1 to be the first manager sacked this season http://www.williamhillmedia.com/index_template.asp?file=6331

Moyski
I'd take the no manager sacked bet at 25/1, sounds a decent bet.
thebluenose
he always is those odds to be sacked. nobody has faith in us. i remember in the magical 04/05 season. we were 4/1 to go down and moyes was odds on to be sacked first. Blue Hewson
he wont be sacked at least not yet
Randomness
Moyes is at 25 not 33! 7/1 Coleman; 10/1 Redknapp; 16/1 Warnock; Jewell; Roeder; 20/1 Dowie; Pardew; 25/1 Coppell; Moyes; 33/1 Boothroyd; Jol; Southgate; 40/1 Ferguson; Hughes; 50 Benitez; Wenger; 66/1 Mourinho. Hills offer 25/1 that no manager will go all season,
thebluenose
bit since when have bookies been right. was it them who said england were 3rd favs to win the world cup even 3 games into the competition

Adams
David O'Leary's future was hanging in the balance last night. Alan Curbishley is favourite to become Aston Villa's next manager if David O'Leary failed to revive the struggling midlanders.
Bluetrip
carnt see this happining tbo 39076[/snapback] It won't we'll be top 10 this season but Kenwright is best mates with Moysie as he was with Smith.
Randomness
thing is with Johnson now, we can score goals completely out of nothing so a game we might have lost 2-0 last season, all of a sudden its 1-1 (AJ) and then Timmy pops up and makes it 1-2 to us. L_Blue
Think you are expecting a bit much from AJ there someone still has to be able to pick out the killer pass to him and not much has changed in the midfield since last season hop VDM gets his act together. Bluetrip
Switching wings with Killbane all the time and skinning Vales defenders at will according to match reports. He had a good game. Short on pace still but that will come with more match practice.
Zed
How did this tread develope into a fooking AJ VDM thread Anyways, I reckon southgate is a bit long at 40/1, hes never managed before, what if it all goes pear shaped for him Everton wont be sacking moyes for a long time I think
GoldfishMemory
Several managers who are good at the mind game may well play a part in getting Warnock the sack!! If Shff United are having a poor season and the likes of Ferguson & Jose wind him up a bit and he snaps a few times with the cameras on him he may well be considered a liability. Just a thought cos i like him but high profile bustups and poor performances only lead to one place!

One Terry Curran
Surely if Newcastle aren't top of the league by Christmas those great barcode fans will be calling for Roeder's head. java2001e
660 million quid in debt is a serious figure. i couldnt believe it when i read it in sporting life. managing that kind of debt isnt easy unless your in the russian mafia. i also read that the owner of reading is thinking of quitting since their promotion. citing the expense of competing in the premier league. he blames abramahov for the cash difficulties facing a lot premiership sides. he reckons about six sides are financially sound while the rest are struggling.
