Romey 1878 Posted November 9, 2014 Report Posted November 9, 2014 McGeady. No way he should've been subbed. Matt 1 Quote
Newty82 Posted November 9, 2014 Report Posted November 9, 2014 Think this will be a massively split vote. Went with McGeady. Looked on point today. Looked to be our most dangerous player going forward. And always did great tracking back in the first half when Coleman seemed to be missing (although Coleman was loads better 2nd half) Eto'o pushed him close. I really like Eto'o in this deeper marauding role. He finds space, and makes things happen. Just that, for me, went a bit quiet in the 2nd half for a while. Quote
markjazzbassist Posted November 9, 2014 Report Posted November 9, 2014 mcgeady for me, never should have come off. Quote
Toffee_in_LA Posted November 9, 2014 Report Posted November 9, 2014 Would have been McGeady for me as well if he had not been subbed off. Went with McCarthy, another proper shift and laid his body on the line on that goal line clearance after he had already picked up a knock. Proper player and I hope he is not seriously injured Quote
Shukes Posted November 9, 2014 Report Posted November 9, 2014 Mcgeady, think he had them on the back foot in the second half and really couldn't understand why he went off. Quote
duncanmckenzieismagic Posted November 9, 2014 Report Posted November 9, 2014 Think Bobby dropped another bollock taking McGeady off and leaving Barkley on. Ross was totally anonymous in the second half Matt and Romey 1878 2 Quote
Guest millwallforever Posted November 9, 2014 Report Posted November 9, 2014 (edited) Think Bobby dropped another bollock taking McGeady off and leaving Barkley on. Ross was totally anonymous in the second half He did it in order to recapture some depth down the middle and expecting Coleman to assume the role of a winger, which the latter did in a truly emphatic manner. So, there was some logic to the 'bollocks.' Edited November 9, 2014 by millwallforever Quote
Matt Posted November 9, 2014 Report Posted November 9, 2014 The only player who seemed to give a shit, McGeady Quote

I can see your point but McGeady was our only real attacking threat all afternoon and taking him off to accommodate playing Ross Barkley on the left was a poor decision IMO Quote

McGeady did well. Maybe he should have taken someone else off. Quote
