GoldfishMemory Posted July 28, 2006 Report Share Posted July 28, 2006 I dont want to sound like a stuck reccord but the shite have just pulled Israeli team Maccabi Haifa FC out of the hat for their first Champions League match this season. http://www.uefa.com/competitions/UCL/news/...sId=440121.html No doubt with the current "troubles" this leaves them in a commanding position to dictate when and where the rearanged match is played away from the war zone. This gives them the opportunity to request favoured locations and possibly even manipulate the date to best suit their fixtures.
