As part of my research I am gathering data from football fans and professional footballers.If you could please spare two moments of your time to complete this short questionnaire then your help would be MASSIVELY appreciated!For every questionnaire completed I have agreed to donate 20p to Alder Hey Children's hospital (which is a lot of money to a student), so you will also be doing a good deed by completing this survey.
