We've only managed 4 points away from home so far this season, but I believe we can get a point from this today, if the players truly want Silva here tomorrow they will show it today and get a result that buys him time. If they don’t show the desire to win then it has to be over for Silva, because regardless off results he has to have the minds of the players, without that there’s no point. Bailey Posted December 1, 2019 Report Share Posted December 1, 2019 Silva did have some success with 5 at the back with Watford but I don't like it and I really don't like it for the first time against a team that scores plenty of goals from good movement like Leicester. I am not sure Mina would suit being in a back 5 unless he is the central CB, and if he is then I don't think Keane will like playing on one side either. I also don't like those two (Davies and Siggy) in midfield. If they had Schneiderlin behind it would be fine but those two protecting the back 5 looks a risk. Just watch how Maddison and Tielemans push forward into the space as well and then consider how we would normally have two players sitting alongside each other even in comfortable possession.
