That was the chance to go 2-0 up Seamus, either side and it's a goal but a good save IMO with the pace and distance taken into consideration.

Martin Tyler now banging on about how our home ground was Anfield but now it's "anything but home". An orchestra of shite commentary this.

That shitty red is surpassing himself today.

Whilst they arent creating a lot of chances, it feels like they are a break of the ball away from equalising.

In the second half we have to get out of our half more and hold onto the ball. I would only say that Keane is the only outfield player playing higher than 6/10 and if we finally want to get this win, we need the rest to step up another level and see this out.

great first half, weathering the storm in defense, they lost their captain, and we are up 1-0.  i'd love to see us come out guns blazing and put another 2 in and close this one out.  COYB

davies and richarlison doing a lot of work.

I'll explode if we score one or two more. I just hope that the wind dies down during HT as that's going to be a bugger to play against.

Really hope Carlo just keeps them calm, keeps them focused and we get over the line. What a fucking result this would be, historical.

Remember that we have DCL on the bench too, he could be a real golden nugget for us against tired (and haphazard) Liverpool centre backs.

Gomes actually had a couple of nice touches after his booking. If he'd not been booked, probably would've given Doucoure the hook at half time.

Davies been good again, and generally speaking defence been solid. Just can't afford to give them as much ball second half, or it'll only be a matter of time.
