If we could get things to stick we could be out of sight. Won't be comfortable at 1-0, need that second and hopefully that's what Carlo is drumming into them at HT. Bailey Posted March 1, 2021 Report Share Posted March 1, 2021 I have mixed views on that half. I thought we were very strong in the first 30 minutes. A good goal and they barely had a foothold. An situation that looked even slightly threatening was being snuffed out with ease. In the same breath, our only threat aside from the goal was from a set piece. Then we seemed to drop off and Southampton were finding their man and we started passing slower and slower. It was a bit of a role reversal. Whereas we took control of one scrappy situation and scored, they havent been able to do that. At the moment, it is a game in the balance and we need to go up another gear and see this out.
