Mina has one good game then embarrasses us. Hate to see big guys act like complete Fanny’s!

Not arsed. He’s trying to boil piss.

West Ham behind which is good for us, we need West Ham to need 3 points vs Leeds

It is. His character is valuable though. Really just wants to piss the opposition off!

What a shame, such a fantastic start. Let's just keep up the level of performance. The difference of quality is shown right there, holgate struggles with a really difficult chance, city take theirs soon after.

Only saw the last few minutes.  Looks like we have done okay, in spite of their goals?

We kept them very quiet for all bar 3 minutes… Apart from that spell it’s been a strong performance. Shame we shipped the 2 goals.

Positives out of this half, DCL looks absolutely terrific. Did I forget how good he is at holding up the ball or has he somehow improved?

I think he’s just gotten a bit better with the ball in terms of dribbling/skill.

Just seen the replays.  Not much we could have done with the first goal, and even if Holgate is closer to Haaland, he’s never going to stop him getting to that.  Maybe Mina should have done better too.

You're right his dribbling has also come on. Seems to do a fancy flick every time the ball comes to him. I wonder if it's been something he's worked on during his injury

It was a really good performance but a couple of bits of bad defending have let us down. No idea why Patterson gave Gundogan that much space in the box to start with (for all it was a quality finish) and then again for the second I think he tries to head it away but doesnt execute it and it drops straight to their man. Holgate has to get tight to Haaland too and make it a harder chance.

Same old story of full backs letting us down in key moments.

Just need to keep it tight now and a goal back in our favour could make things interesting.
