This bet was placed based on the poll on this forum - thanks to those that voted! I placed this bet with betfair.com and managed to get odds of 3.4 that means that I get a return of 2.4 x my original £50 bet. this means.... I get a return of £120 + £50 bet = £170 Its not a massive amount but I am sure that Claire house will appreciate it. This money, once the bet has been finalised, will be paid into my account within the next 3-5 working days (provided that pompey and perrin agree that it is a SACKING and not by mutual consent - it hasn't been officiated yet!) If it does end up being mutual consent then the bet is off... Once the money comes back to me I will be sending a cheque to the above named charity which is supported by so many local footballers. thanks for your voting guys!
