SteeleRED
Stubbs and Yobo were rock-solid in the back today, though it sure helps to have talent like Lescott, Neville and Cahill nearby to clean up after even the littlest messes. Well played!
Pat
The last ditch effort in 2nd was it V's Kuyt as he was squaring Up to Slap the back of the net was world class, Brilliantly took it of his toe "so to speak" , almost went up like we had scored in applause. He almost Swept today behind the 2 giant Pillars.

Pat
Having watched a replay today - Stubbs I felt was a Little Shakey to start but grew in to a Giant by the final whistle. For this - I have Yobo just shading Stubbs as my MOM - Though I initialy had Stubbs down & my poll vote went that way without the aid of hindsight. 1 concern, in the sober light of day, was not so much our style - But the amount of poor ball turned over. This would have spared the defenders some & perhaps given the front men a little more to chew on. Defensively we were great.
jamiemaher85
with players with pace like kuyt, bellend and pennant i thought he would be ripped apart like hypia and (a not fully fit) carragher were in the last derby. but he gave a real motm performance. the best performance he's given in an everton shirt for quite some time. id like to see more of the same. fair play stubbsy
