They are looking to prosecute people because it's unhygenic. How bad is that? So for putting you feet on a seat on the train you could have a criminal record. Funny how they get a bee in their bonnet over stupid stuff like this but passengers & staff are regularly attacked / have things stolen but "there's nothing they can do"!!
