We all know the council have been given money due to this. If come the Captial of Culture time, we are still in europe then we will be bringing many tourists to the city, should we be due money from the council as we are a reason for more tourists and will be creating more money in liverpool as the opposing fans will be spending their money in liverpool? just a thought.
