Finn balor
If reports are true Middlesborough are ready to offload on a free.I think he would be a good signing for a year. He certainly knows were the goal is and likes a dig from anywhere, just what we need.

RuffRob
Deffo, if on a free worth bringing in although he would be after decent coin. Can't see him bothering for less than an 18month contract.
Guest fozzie22
Too old, would want too much money even if no transfer fee Plus you have to ask why boro want rid as well
Ian
you would have to ask why foz, because he scored a brilliant goal yesterday, out paced the defender and then slotted it through givens legs, hes a goal scorer and is worth a 12 month contract IMO

jared
Hasselbank ready to sign for Everton as a replacement for Bent. http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,277-1987964,00.html If true, will be a boost to our attack as this fella really knows how to score goals. We all can see his goal records in the past. Superb.....
thebluenose
me and hasselbank share the same birthday. itl be great if he signs for us. as well as earnshaw he may be ugly but hes fast and can score goals
ooberman
yeah hasselbaink and earnshaw fighting for a place would be VERY healthy for our club. i'd also love to see a young defender come to us (the same way dawson went to spurs last year - anyone know any youngsters that spurs HAVEN'T signed yet!??!?) ooberman
haha - was reading that he should be out sometime next year once he's served half the sentence - that makes him 31 so he's still got a slight chance of a comeback. Trigger
Couldn't diagree more on Jimmy Floyd. He might be on a free, but he'd want stupid wages and would be looking to cash in before retirement. In my opinion we need youth and pace. Out of all the "established" strikers we've been linked with: - Fat boy fowler - Le Sulk - JFH I'd much rather we buy in 2/3 pacey youngsters on lower wages and take a chance that one of them makes it in the big time. I'd take any 2 from the list below with no more than £2.5M bid for any of them and if no more than £500k I'd take Trundle for a punt as well. - Nugent - Earnshaw - Tekke Trigger
RuffRob
add to those Jerome Cameron - Cardiff (my personal fav young Championship striker - strong, bags of pace and can score) Arsenal will vouch about how much a handful he was against them.
