What a headline! He was/is one of my favourites ever! his spirit embodies Everton under the Moyes era!

Hadn't though of that actually, it's probably best that we keep him close to home. Bolton Wanderers is a good shout (and they might need him due to losing players) along with the likes of Wolverhampton and Blackburn. All three teams that have gone down this season are close to home so Shane could ideally move to any of them, I'd ask for a cheeky £10 too as a loan fee which we could put towards the Pienaar swoop!

His dad says that they are having problems with the agent and middlesbrough are in for him, but he says he will not allow it and if he has to he will go in and sort it out

I always thought Nigel Martyn was quite a coup. I never really feel like we properly replaced Southall until Martyn was there, and then Howard.

Hello fellow blues

I am new to this site as I have been posting on another Everton fansite for a few years but I fear the standard of posts on the particular site has degenerated somewhat, so I have decided to venture out to ToffeTalk due to its reputation for intelligent everton discussion. I have been following the Blues since 1995 and my first game was a 1-0 win over Villa in 1996 with Joe Parkinson getting the only goal.
