Look at Boro now... struggling near the bottom of the league after concentrating on UEFA Cup games.

The lads need to play 6 games in total in order to proceed to the UEFA Cup group stage:

3rd Round Intertoto Cup - 2 games

2nd Qualifying Round for UEFA Cup - 2 games

1st Round UEFA Cup - 2 games

So, it may be too hectic for the lads.... injuries and tireness after World Cup also.

BT's workrate and scoring is coming good since regaining to full fitness.

Scoring 7 vital league goals for the Toffees this season, comparing to last season in which he scored only 1 league goal.

He might end up as Toffees top scorer end of this season, with 10-15 goals if he can keep himself out of injuries.

According to Everton's official site, DM has applied for Intertoto Cup 2006/07 for the lads to play during the summer(if they finish the season as the highest ranked club outside the UEFA places), serving an alternative route to EUFA Cup 2nd qualifier round if they win the third round of Intertoto.

Is it a good idea for the lads ?

For Turner's case, he only suspended for one match against Newcastle.

But he was wrongly dismissed as he supposedly receive a yellow, not red card.

Hence, Turner only get a yellow card cos he did not deny an obvious goal scoring chance from Blackburn.

DM should appeal for the Turner's dismissal.

No Neville, Hibbo and Turner for the Newcastle game due to suspension though.

Having Just knocked out of the FA Cup, I think DM's team will bounce back from the 1-4 defeat and battle all out against Blackburn.

Trundle is already back playing for Swansea's last 2 games. So, he would be a good addition.

Samaras definitely not worth that kind of money. He's not playing in top leagues, so may need some time to adapt.

3.5 million pound for him is fair.

I think Lee Trundle may leave Swansea if Everton try to sign him....

Their club had just signed a new striker, Fallon and that leave 5 strikers competing for 2 places.

And Trundle still hasn't sign a new contract, so DM has a good chance of securing a 1.2m deal for the player. Give him a 2 years contract, Trundle would be happy to sign.

We are short of strikers. once(Touch Wood) BT gets injured, we have only McFadden who is not good enough as a replacement. Big Dunc is not 100% fit and Vaughan still injured. Unless DM pushes Anichebe to the first team.

He would be a good addition to the squad... Let's wait and see
