Agree about Campbell but with Owen there is a greater chance of him scoring even when not fully fit than the likes of Crouch or Bent, maybe not Rooney but Owens record at international level is excellent so he has to go.

Even if its to play him for 30 mins a game as theres always a good chance he'll score. (repeated miself there a bit!)

Let's not f*ck about here, we need to identify a striker who will fit into the way we play and approach the game. Lets not go for some "big name" for the sake of it, Gazza, Sparky and Ginola are to name but three failures in the past.
