it's everything from the smell to the sound of it. think of all the old grounds we used to go to that just don't have the same character. progress is needed, but it's a shame.

Highfield rd, the baseball ground, ayresome park, highbury.....just remember the days out there. Real match day that was. It's like an old family member having botox and a nose job. they're still the same underneath, but they don't half look funny.

I'll miss the feel of football as it should be. Old grounds like ours are what it's all about. But I won't miss the toilets!

I'm getting a memory of it later for my lad. bid tv are flogging pictures of the ground at 11pm tonight.
