my mate is man utd fan and he keeps winding us up saying when Ferguson finishes that Davey will not be able to resist going to man utd if they come in for him. I hope davey stays for many years. BUT!! if Davey was to go, who would you have to replace him???

i have been impressed with swansea and that roberto martinez, they play some nice football just been promoted from league 1. they will be in the prem within 5 years

iam from wales but live in newcastle now and i would love to see cardiff or swansea in the premier league....

i do think that we would get good value for money with gudjohnnson. also i think he will want to leave barca. maybe 3 to 4m..

Iwould also like to give a big shout to all the everton fans that went to the game. we just showed that we have 1 of the loudest fans in briton. just hope we can carry it on through the rest of the season and shout even louder at the final. well done.

the old firm are not good enough for the premiership. and if they started in the championship i cant see them getting promoted straight away.

thats what i was thinking, the championship is a good competive underrated league...

pienaar for me too ran his heart out for 120 mins. outstanding thats all i can say.....

Hibbert has played well but not outstandingly. Outstanding in comparrison with his previous performances maybe but lets not get carried away. He has pretty awful in our last two games. If we really want to kick on then we need to look forwards. Baines has transformed the left wing and shown the difference a forward thinking full back can make. Hibbert does not get forwards enough, and will never go for the overlap. We need a new rb. Maybe not number one priority, but still a priority none-the-less.

i agree mate something to look at in the near future, or maybe get a bargin buy, if newcastle or some 1 else go down, we all know from past experiance with moyes, that he is good with bargin buyes...

I think Hibbert has been outstanding this year .

hibbert has been outstanding in the past but when he came up against the likes of ashley young he ran him ragged. would love to have a pacey right back..

We do need a new RB but I'd rather we got ourselves a speedy right winger in first, it's much more important to our side IMO.

last year i thought about lennon, but now there is no chance we would be able to afford him now. and i dont think spurrs would want to let him go now...

have been saying for years now everton need to invest in a right back. wuold love to see glenn johnson. then we will have 4 england inter at the back. but as jamie said, dont think we have enough money for johnson. maybe hutton. any suggestions????
