Thanks for the heads up. True or not, I think Jo would be an asset nonetheless. Bags of potential and imo, he's better than Saha.
That would mean in the pecking order:
1. Yakubu
2. Jo
3. Saha
4. Vaughan
I would put Vaughan ahead of Saha, just to see if he has the ability to make it................................. He needs some first team football

Jose Baxter is on his friends list, I wonder if he had anything to do with him moving to Everton
-
Its also on Wikipedia thats he has signed for us
-
The paper calls us one of the best soccer clubs in the world
Which I agree with whole heartedly

Now all the frenzy has stopped I have had time to gather my thoughts and think about the last few days........
Is it just possible that the statement from WAM should not have come out ??
How many players have we been linked with recently 10,15,20.
How many would command a high fee ie Moutinho,M`Bia,Deffour,Delph,Naughton.
How many would we class as a good possibility of signing ?
How much would we have to pay to get these players 20-30-40 mill
Now if it became public about a takeover how much more would these players cost, how many millions would be put on? eg Man City.
Probably am clutchin at straws but this rumour about a takeover/investment at Everton has been pretty strong for a while now,and maybe it makes sense to keep it all quiet until we have done all our transfer business.
Just a thought
Mmmmmmmmmm interesting theory
Get the best possible price for players but also awaiting the outcome of DK, part of the enqiury was that we were unable to afford a new stadium on our own, announcing the takeover might have a bearing on the decision
Makes sense to wait a few month or so

Funny thing about that. Look at what he's sponsored (as virgin) and look at their success during:
Crystal Palace F.C - one of their most succesfull spells through the 90's, when sponsored by Virgin.
Brawn GP - Main sponsor, and are running away with the championship as it stands (until red-bull pick up)
Boxing - Virgin have been sponsors for english representatives...they buy the rights for each match and spookily, have not sponsored a losing fight
good call lol
Send him an E-mail
Tell him he needs to get involved with our well established and successful club

I`ll be watching at my neighbours bbq, which starts early.
If we win I will get trolleyed

decent squad player at best, looks good in lower leagues but lower league only imo
Did the same count for Lescott and Cahill, Dont forget Moyes has an ability to pick these players from the lower leagues
-
Puyol is still quality but I doubt 10m is right though
Thats most of our budget
I`d have him for up to 4m

My source inside Everton Football Club has been able to get his hands on a top secret transfer dossier, in which David Moyes has highlighted his transfer targets for the summer
INS -
Nicky Butt - My source tells me that Moyes is keen to fill the gap left by Lee Carsley by signing Nicky Butt. This deal will only go through if Newcastle are relegated
Robert Huth - My source tells me that Robert Huth of Boro has caught the eye of Moyes. The strong centre back will command a fee of 7 million
El Hadji Diouf - My source tells me that Diouf has failed to settle at Blackburn, and Moyes is interested in signing him on loan
Ronaldo - No, not Cristiano, Its the fat Ronaldo. Fat Ronaldo is keen to play in England and Spurs, Everton and West Ham will fight it out for him according to my source
Outs -
Arteta - My source tells me that Mikel Arteta and David Moyes were involved in a training ground bust up, leaving Arteta with a black eye. My source tells me that Arteta will leave in the summer for 8 million, with Bayern Munich the likely destination
Nyarko was a Tw*t and so are you !!!!

Zarate would be a great signing but its pretty obvious he is well out of our price range and will end up with one of the big European clubs. At the moment £25mil is over the top but in the next few seasons i would put money on it he will be worth more.
Although some names will not thrill most i think some are potential players from the Premier league who would be in a reasonable price range that we could look at:
Newcastle
Tim Krul - GK
S.Taylor - RB/CB
R.Taylor - RB
Gutiérrez - RW/LW
Hull
Geovanni - CM/RW/LW
Myhill - GK
Porstmouth
Kranjcar - RW/CM
Kaboul - DM
Crouch - FW
Middlesbrough
Hoyte - RB
A.Johnson - LW/RW
Yeah, the squad would be very well enhanced with S.Taylor, Adam Johnson and Krancjar. Maybe R.Taylor as first choice RB
-
anyone realise we need a squad and for 1.5 ime sure he would fit in....trust moyes.
Why do people do this, as soon as a rumour comes out start questioning Moyes` judgement. The guy is a legend and has shown he knows what he is doing when it comes to turning players careers around.
Still might never happen, but if Moyes wants him I`ll support him
