  1. If we get a solid bid like 15 million
why would they offer such a high amount for a player who has been out for 11 months and still not proved that he is back to his best and is also 2 years older (therefore a smaller sell on value)
Moyes can find a great target man for 8 or so milllion and we can get a world class speedy winger like Bystrov from Russia.

It would cost a lot more than 7 million for bystrov he is almost a definate in russia's starting 11 your talking more about the 14 mill mark.

    Rant over :P

  2. i would then sell vaughan 3 million and yakubu for 8-10 million and buy a top class striker with the rest of money
completely agree also tenaciousj about ledley he would be a good squad player and like jayc said we could always sell him later on for a few million the same with beckford. i personally think that we should start making our own money if were not going to get taken over by a billionaire.
  3. With us not having any real money this year, which free agents would you like to see at everton.

    personaly i'd like to see

-Kris Boyd (a great out and out striker, although he is known for being lazy)

-Kevin Kuranyi ( A big physical striker similar to drogba)

-Joe Ledley ( young left winger, good squad player with potential)

-Christoph Metzelder (good solid defender and ex-dortmund teammate of pienars but has had is fair share of injuries)

    - Juan Roman Riquelme (great lampard style midfielder but he is getting on a bit)

-Michael Ballack (i wish)never going to happen but would love him here at everton

-Kim Kallstrom (tall creative/defensive midfielder who can play the holding role, the cahill role or on the left

-Aleksandar Lukovic (Don't know much about him but watching youtube videos he seams a solid left back who can also play center back)

    -Mario Santana (skill full winger)

-Sergio Canales ( young(18) creative attacking fabragas style midfielder)

-Raul Tamudo (Just because i used to always buy him on fifa)

I'd also like a look at Ilan at west ham (joined on a short term contract in january)

  4. i'm trying to think of these assists to be honest i remember the one against hull for arteta with the cross and the one for cahill against blackburn after that i'm struggling

there was one for Pienaar against Burnley,i cant remember any more :S if he wins a penalty does it count as an assist?

  5. Just thought I'd point something out in 15 games he has scored 5 goals (i know not great) whilst at the same time contributed 11 assists. So for all you yak bashers you need to understand he has been involved in 16 goals this season after just playing 15 games. also 5 of these games have been sub appearances. thanks

  6. New to the forum but here's some food for thought. If we win all of our remainig matches with only city and villa being the major hurdels. and LIVERPOOL draw against the ever impresive sunderland and loose to chelsea, and ASTON VILLA loose aginst us and chelsea and draw against city, and CITY loose aginst Us, Untd and Arsnel and draw aginst villa and spurs, and SPURS loose aginst arsnel, chelsea and untd and draw aginast City The table woul look like this 4/5 Villa & Everton 69pts 6 Spurs 68pts 7/8 City & liverpool 67pts
