Kone will never win supporters over. It's the way of football today. He wasn't a big money signing, he came from a championship side and he struggled to play regular football and it feels like he's part of the furniture. If he went on a run of five goals in the next five games people wouldn't give him half of the admiration they would if lukaku did this.

Southall is the best keeper we've ever had and was once the best keeper in Europe. Tim Howard isn't fit to stand in the same goal as that legend.

What would be your top eleven since the premiership began. We've had some shite but we've also had some really decent players. No loans, only signings. I also want top manager aswell.

Did everyone actually watch kone today? we play far better with him in the side. People need to get out of there head that if he doesn't score he's shit. I have come to the conclusion that kone is not a goal scorer, he is a link up player. He drags defenders everywhere and brings out the best in the players we have paid an awful lot of money for.

Two dominant strikers of there size makes defenders think, especially how they both drop deep. Look much better with wide players. Naismith is no worse a player in the build up than anyone else right now.

 

Put Naismith into the Kone and McGeady bracket. For some fans it doesn't matter what they do - they will always hold the opinion that they had a bad game, even when they didn't.

 

I retain the opinion that one on one, Naismith is the best i've seen for a long while at our club, after the villa game he said:-
