Cheers MikeO and Hafnia....James McCarthy is a quality player, and I well remember him breaking through at Hamilton and running games in the SPL when he was 16 years old, you've got a gem there, and hopefully he'll be at Goodison for a long time.

I'm a Hearts fan but have followed the fortunes of Everton since the days of Ball, Kendal and Harvey, after the flurry in the transfer window I decided to jump in and start contributing on here as I think we are in for a good season and I want to enjoy it from the "inside". Martinez will find his feet soon enough I reckon and I genuinely see a squad good enough to win a trophy, How good would that be? regards maroon1
