8 in 18 is a very decent return.

What do Evertonians make of him? He's was a boyhood blue but switched to our side and was a top player. Us reds hate him as a commentator as he only seems to rate Torres and Gerrard and never really gives us credit where its due, when commentating for ESPN asia. Do you guys dislike him for leaving Everton for Liverpool (via Villa) or otherwise?

Another Rennes player.. and according to the article moyes is keeping an eye on 2 more...

Atleast he's a clean shaven Fanni.

Very good Xav! Been a while....how's things?
Things are great, thanks! I'm in the US now doing my masters, so that keeps me busy. Even managed to fuck up my time zones while i was finishing my assignments and missed the West Ham game today. How are you?
The Gerrard dive and the 'Drogba' are quality too !

Paddy power stopped taking bets on us signing Ribery this summer & Henry in the last one.

I dont watch your team too often but i dont understand what Fellaini offers. He's good in the air and get his fair share of goals but doesnt read the game properly or isnt really an 'enforcer' in midfield despite his physique or creates enough to be played behind the striker/
He was bought on the last day of last season, so i thought i'd wait a while to ask this question. Do you rate him highly? He's still a kid though isnt he. Where do you think he should be playing cos i simply dont know. Its big enough when a club with more money buys a 15-20 million pounds player but when Everton spend big money, its easy to look at a player and wonder if he's worth it as its a bigger risk for ya'll.
Mods can simply close this thread if this discussion has taken place before, btw.

Date of birth: April 4, 1987
Woah!! Born on the same day as me.

Dempsey is quite underrated. He'd do really well in a team fighting to get to 5-6th places in the league and hoping to get in the top 4. Good in the air, has a footballing brain, two good feet and gets his fair share of goals. He'd be ideal for your guys, Villa or Spurs. He's come into his own in the last 18 months especially after being played in advanced central positions as opposed to the wings where he started for Fulham.

Made up for the US as all the kopites who since rafa came in started "supporting" spain, the unpatriotic ballsacks, will be gutted so not only is there that to be made up from but we also have a player in the final of it, COME THE US!
So you're supporting 'THE US' because you have a player in their side whose doing well? Interestingly when Liverpool fans do that as we usually have 2-4 players in the Spanish team without having the likes of Rooney, Neville, Ferdinand, Terry to support alongside, we're unpatriotic?

If true, Tranmere will be on their way down.
Did well with Jamaica to be fair.

About right I'd say.
Can't think of any alterations needed. I suppose because its the Echo they are less likely to be biased either way.
If you had to play Carra in there, you had to put him instead of Lescott or Jagielka. Jagielka has had a great season...so it was either Lescott or Carra in the centreback position. Arbeloa should have been a shoo in for Right back. He's a bloody good fullback, and i'd play him at RB ahead of Carra (and Neville/Hibbert) everytime.

Cheers fellas. I like posting here on the odd occasion i log in myself. Moving to the US in a couple of months, so i should be eligible next year too!

Over the last few days , I've been getting problems with my monitor .
It's nothing to do with pc settings , drivers etc etc , as I tested it on another pc and no difference .
....
Get a professional to open your monitor and resolder the points on the board which sits towards the back of the monitor. I'm assuming your motherboard is CRT. My educated guess is a simple loss of connection due to a hard solder whenever the CRT is turned on (due to heat).
BTW, is your monitor a bit duller than usual when its on for that short amount of time?
-----------
EDIT:- Before you do that, remove the connecting wire to your CPU (motherboard or display card) and simply connect the monitor to a point and start. Can you see the standard message continuously or does the monitor still black out?

My source inside Everton Football Club has been able to get his hands on a top secret transfer dossier, in which David Moyes has highlighted his transfer targets for the summer
INS -
Nicky Butt - My source tells me that Moyes is keen to fill the gap left by Lee Carsley by signing Nicky Butt. This deal will only go through if Newcastle are relegated
Robert Huth - My source tells me that Robert Huth of Boro has caught the eye of Moyes. The strong centre back will command a fee of 7 million
El Hadji Diouf - My source tells me that Diouf has failed to settle at Blackburn, and Moyes is interested in signing him on loan
Ronaldo - No, not Cristiano, Its the fat Ronaldo. Fat Ronaldo is keen to play in England and Spurs, Everton and West Ham will fight it out for him according to my source
Outs -
Arteta - My source tells me that Mikel Arteta and David Moyes were involved in a training ground bust up, leaving Arteta with a black eye. My source tells me that Arteta will leave in the summer for 8 million, with Bayern Munich the likely destination
So you're saying that you have a source?

United have changed the game in the 2nd half.
Naw, the ref did. Quelle surprise. How is it that most dodgy decisions go in favour of United than the other way round while for the rest of the league its closer to 50-50?
-
Jagielka, sadly, was outstanding in those two games in particular and for much of the year as well.
Aye, he's a good defender. Reads the game well.
-
-
Rooney's a nutcase not a hardcase.
-
You guys will easily get past Aston Villa in the league standings.
-
Thanks so much, fellas. Appreciate it. Had a great day.
-
From this year. In no particular order
Steven Gerrard
Cristiano Ronaldo
Xabi Alonso
Wayne Rooney
Fernando Torres
Samir Nasri
Anelka
Van Persie
Michael Carrick
Frank Lampard

Lucas is a good player. Limited, but tidy.
Villarreal made an offer for Spearing in Jan from what i know and we rejected it.
I dont see how he adds anything to your first team even if you manage to get him.

Interesting that 'arrogant Rafa' didnt have a go at the ref. Some arrogant managers would have been asking for the referee's head after a gaffe half as big as that one.
