Relieved to get a point but it's worrying that we had 10 or 11 corners and couldn't convert one of them, do they practise scoring goals in training? Lescott was rubbish in the first half but improved 2nd and I thought Neville played well. Am optimistic about Fellaini the more he settles in.

Yes, definitely like him ,can't argue with what he has done for our club. Tactics sometimes suspect but can't think of another manager I'd rather have at present.

We're all pissed off and angry, nothing to get excited about and we had high hopes of signings. WE ARE EEVERTON and the best we can do is get behind the team. The only way we are going to get big names in the next transfer window is if we can get at least a good league position with the prospect of Europe again (?) cos I'm pessimistic about the Carling and UEFA given the opposition (sorry I'd love to be positive but there it is). I'm underwhelmed with the signings but hope Castillo turns out to be a surprise in a positive way. But I am glad we hav e strengthened the squad with quantity if not quality.
