  1. This is awful. I'm watching on radio and I still don't like what I see.

It's got 0-0 written all over it.

Bring on Gravesen - for no good reason other than to confuse the commentators with three slapheads on the pitch.

  2. Four point gap to Portsmouth but their remaining fixtures are much easier than Everton's.

Will Everton have to rely on Portsmouth winning the FA Cup? If Portsmouth do, and finish Fifth, their second UEFA Cup place goes to sixth place, not the losing finalist.

But what if Cardiff beat Portsmouth in the final and Portsmouth finish fifth? Then it gets complicated because of the uncertainty about Cardiff's qualification for the UEFA Cup via an English cup competition. So, one scenario possible is a dispute between Cardiff and Everton for a UEFA Cup place. That'll be fun.

To avoid confusion, I'm supporting West Brom.

  3. We play alot better with Ossie in the middle because he's not scared to get on the ball and take players on, He looks a differant player on the wing.

Osman, Arteta, Fernades, Pienaar all play better in the middle, and Neville is better at right back.

So, Everton need wide players, particularly on the right.

  4. Currently eleven and twelve points behind Manchester united and Arsenal respectively and ullikely to make up the differences in goal difference. Therefore, Arsenal must drop at least thirteen points and United drop at least twelve points.

They play each other so a draw is two points dropped for each.

Arsenal lose against Liverpool, Everton and Chelsea, so that's eleven points dropped. So, just a draw at Bolton or Sunderland and that's fine.

Manchester United lose to Chelsea, Liverpool and Blackburn and draw against Aston Villa, and we're done.

    Easy. Everton win the title.

  5. Not necessarily how good they are but where do the rate on a hate-them/they're-OK rating.

    So, rating of 1 to 10, 1 = Hate them; 10 = I'd support them if I didn't support Everton.

Arsenal - 6. Wenger is good at his job and their best players are not usually annoying.

Aston Villa - 5. Some similarities with Everton, but too cocky about their big ground.

Birmingham - 4. Stop pretending to be a Premier League team, it's embarrassing.

Blackburn - 4. First team to buy success and they pretend it was a real title.

Bolton - 3. If the best thing about a club's recent history is Allardyce, then they are in trouble

Chelsea - 2. Only some occasional entertaining football saves them from the lowest score.... arrogant thugs, dodgy owners, dodgy manager...etc.

    Derby - 3. Shame

Everton - 10. Great manager, great support, hard-working talented players, and, a rarity, an intelligent owner.

Fulham - 1. Absolute twat of an owner....

Liverpool - 4. The Tottenham of the north. Someone please burst their huge over-inflated ego.

Manchester City - 3. How did they acquire that stadium?? They hate Man U. so much that they want to be them.

Manchester United - 3. Stop moaning!

Middlesborough - 3. Middlesborough epitomise everything that is great about English football and the England team.

Newcastle United - 3. Stupidest supporters in the world. Absurd owner who lives on another planet.

Portsmouth - 5. Despite being as southern as you can get, they are difficult to dislike. Redknapp for England!

Reading - 1. Has anyone ever been to Berkshire? I think it is where all the excrement from Oxfordshire, *spits, ends up. Most slappable owner in the country.

    Sunderland - 3/6. Roy is a knob/Roy is quite bright really - I can't decide.

Tottenham Hotspur - 4. Taught the modern Liverpool team and club all that they know. Falsely, the dictionary definition of underachieving; should be the dictionary definition of average.

West Ham United - 6. Nice aren't they, as is that nice Trevor Brooking. Yeah, nice.

Wigan Athletic - 5. The rugby team's support act perhaps, but they're harmless.

  6. The Daily Racist article is stuffed with conjecture and no facts just like the newspaper itself.

Whoever wrote it, must assume all the readers are idiots which, if they read the Daily Racist, they must be.

"Ayegbeni Yakubu faces an £80,000 fine" Sheer guesswork and designed to encourage people to think that that is what should happen.

"Furious Everton manager David Moyes will fine" How does the Daily Racist know how David is feeling or what he plans to do? - they don't know

    and so on

    Usual Daily Racist bollocks

Yakubu has gone to see family; he'll be back in time. He'll be chastised - then it'll be forgotten.

  7. Of course we all want Nigeria to win today don't we, because two Everton players are in the side and we like Everton players to do well at international level. It certainly couldn't be the case that we want Nigeria to lose thus allowing Yobo and Yakubu to be back for the Reading game.

    So, er, c'mon Nigeria!

    Yes, that's the right spirit.

    Indeed.

No cheering when Ghana score. That would be wrong.....
