I don't think that they should call it Kirkby Stadium. Shorely they can think of a better name than that!

I don't think we should go for Downing. He isn't that great after all and I think that he would be over priced (like all English players). I saw a guy playing for Bayer Leverkusen, his name is Tranquillo Barnetta. He is a great young player and he would fit in great at Everton. He is probably one of Leverkusens best players, and he would be cheaper than Downing.
