  1. Afternoon chaps

I've got a season ticket, and am flying up to Liverpool from Guernsey for my first Everton game vs Utd on Oct 25th.

As my season ticket hasn't been used before, should I do anything regarding informing the club etc, or should I just be able to swipe the card, and it'll work automatically?

Also, what's the best way to get to Goodison from say Lime St? And how long would it take?

    Cheers fellas

  2. He's a cracking player - love to see him at Everton.

Coming to Goodison on 25th Oct to watch Utd game - be quality to see a player of Love's calibre - I mean he's a Brazilian intl. Him and Yak would do well I think.

Yes mate I have - I just decided f**k it - if it changes, it changes - it's worth the risk IMO. Flights were only 90quid upto Manchester.

That won't be nice though, as I'm preparing to be surrounded by f**king Mancs on the train to Lime St.

  3. Yes that's true mate.

Well providing M'bia comes in, who looks a player, I'd either put Neville in their  or perhaps Arteta- I know he played there for Rangers. Jagielka is also a good CM.

And, if Smith comes in, then I'd imagine he'll be next to M'bia, but TC would have to come back in to the team - twice the player Smith is.

  4. Hi fellas

I'm about to book flights to come over to Liverpool from Guernsey, Channel Islands, to see Everton-Man Utd on Sat 25th October. It's listed on efc.com as being 12:00 KO.

Before I book flights, just wanna check whether the date of game etc is likely to change, as I dnt wanna spend 120 bob on flights for the game to be changed.

Any help would be appreciated - cheers guys

  5. Well I think the board at Goodison are sensible, so they'd employ a manager who'd hopefully be as prudent in the transfer market as Moyesy. Additionally, I think it would be a Brit.

Personally, I think Everton has Martin O'Neill written all over it and he would be an excellent choice, however given the financial backing at Villa, Icouldn't see him leaving for EFC.

Other options - I would have said Mark Hughes before joining Citeh.

Long shot - Alex McCleish? I know Brum went down, but could see him being successful here - certainly was at Rangers and Scotland - would also maintain tradition of crazy, Scottish and ginge!!
