  1. How shit are we. We can thank their goalie for letting us back into the game, if he had stayed on his line it was a simple catch, And i still didnt see any improvement in fellaini's game in the 2nd half.

For those peeps who thinks the sun shines out his arse, take your blue glasses off, we could have got Modric, Nasri, or Arshavin for £15 million, He's not in the same class. <_<

Hey buddy,we are all result-oriented,arent we?Fellani scored, which is what mattered the most, no matter if was gifted or somebody's fault. His goal revived our hope and since then we took advantage. U can't deny how important that goal was. U simply can't be so critical to him. Yes he cost us 15M but he's got potential u gotta believe that. Nasri hasn't fully established him in arsenal.arshavin too old for us and simply arsenal snatched him up cuz they lacked options up front mid-season. Modric though, hasn't really shown what he has been in EURO 2008.same person, different class.

    Fellani has my full support!!!

  2. Fellani for me.He could have scored twice and looking dangerous always. passed the ball well.

Very impressed by lescott too as i saw him on several crutial occassions.

Midfielders played well on the whole with osman not playing equally well as others.

Saha had a good game, scored a vital game for us now i see him back on track to the scoresheet. Hopefully he keeps delivering in the rest of season. To me he is like a killer with instinct goal-scoring abilities.

  3. Wow~2-1.Everton have turned on the style.Really really impressive. The stadium is hot, full of voice. I think our next game is gonna be in Wembley. Boys have done well so far. Fellani has proven his 15M tag one more time. Give some time to him he'd show what he is really all about. It is a big time for us. We have a decent chance of pulling off FA cup this year.............

Saha seemed to be a real good buy for us this season so far despite being sidelined for some periods. But he does score when we need.

    COME ON YOU BLUES!!1

  4. I play FM2009.I know computer game is not equal to life. But the game does reflect something, doenst it? I would say most information from its database can be used as reference but i am a big believer of that.

Moutinho to me is certainly overpriced and if filtering in the game, we will find quite a bunch of people of his calibre with less money than his club is asking.

I think we should look elsewhere or snatch him up at a real bargin price. Dont be next CITY.

  5. Unfortunately TC is more likely to score rather than create clear-cut chances and now our corners and free-kicks will be on Baines i suppose.

Now i think the whole team needs to fight to prove they can win without Teta and wrap up a bittersweet season in May.

So far the good thing for me is that we have a bunch of promising guys playing against senior players who are several years older than themselves but can still evenly match and even dominate the game, they stepped forward and done well so far. So future we would build an english team with major home-grown players together with quality overseas footballer like MO / YAK / TC / TETA with little spending but huge unity.

  6. I think it is too early to judge him as he's not had a good run yet. We can't really expect somebody to score on his debut or what. He will need to adapt to our way of play and sooner or later he will or he will be next Veron at Man U but we got him on loan didnt we?

Still cheap and i hope he can come in handy when needed. This is what we have him here for. We do not regard him as another Teta or Chill i only expect him to do half well of Teta or TM has done for us this season before He fully proves himself.

As long as we win our remaining games i dont really care who is playing. He's only part of the team when he underplayed the others did the same anyway.

  7. It's terrible news for Mikel but always find the positives,

+ We've got a very winnable set of games coming up including west brom and stoke at home

+ We've got Hibbert, Cahill, Saha, Fellaini, Osman and Pienaar coming back, some sooner than others

+ We still held the ball up well against the magpies, we definately lacked Mikel's creative edge but with the players we have returning and 2 quality strikers we can still win the games...

Mikel was the last player we wanted to lose at a time like this, in fairness I would have preferred to lose Jags or Jo in favour of Arteta but it can't be helped now and we must soldier on, we've got 2 young sources of inspiration in Gosling and Rodwell, both have opened their accounts this season, Cahill and Fellaini and Lescott are all massive aerial threats in the box and Osman and Pienaar aren't afraid of taking a stab at goal...

We still have enough to go on and win matches but maybe not the cup and probably not higher than 6th unfortunately, but looking at it we're 21 points from 1st, and 4 points from 5th it was always going to be a struggle for champs league, if we can secure europe and make the semis of the fa cup I'll be more than pleased with oru performance in what has been one fo our unluckiest years for injuries

I couldn't agree more with this post.

The 6th is the best we can do this year and a Semi in the FA would make me very pleased too.

With the injuries we have it is good enough if we maintain at where we are if not any better.

In the summer, DM shall be thinking how to make our players more durable to vicious tackles and raid more creative players possibly from Barca youth camp this year?

I play FM 2009 and i heard we have close link to the company. So if we look into the database of the game, we shall broaden our selection from Moutinho to other similiar players with lower recognition and of course less fees.

  8. Hello Orient Toffee,

I remember Li Tie, good passer of the ball, bad injury finished his Everton career!

Your English is very good!.......Do you watch the Blues on your pc (streams)?

Not really but i tried it last Sat. It was good i'd keep doing it.

You know what i like about Everton is its nature being people's club and more interestingly we buy players from lower leagues and giving them a chance to shine is really really some archievement to see.

  9. We would make it 3:0 credit to fellani / jo or sahai suppose.

    I would like to play:

    Howard

    Hibbo Jags Lescott Baines

    Osman Chill Fellani Not sure

    Saha Jo

We have to play attacking football at home and a comfortable big win should sit us good for the future games.

  10. Indeed, I am still waiting to be impressed by him. I am sure it will come, I just don't enjoy him at the moment.

I have been very much impressed by him on several occassions this season when he scored. No more time to wait but i can see him improving in the long run given that he's arrived only for a very short time. It is not that easy for him to score the goals he already did for us.

When you look at those goals he scored, u can see he works particularly well with crossing down the left from Baines or set-pieces from Arteta.

If our wings can play,he would always be a aerial threat in the box.

  11. "Playing against the 10 men hasn't really help Everton. Newcastle have sat back and defended well, cutting off the space, and Everton have found it difficult to break them down." Pat Nevin.

When Arteta went off I thought we'd do well to get a point with the side we had out, but it's disappointing not to win in the end.

Fifteen shots and six corners (compared to four and zero for Newcastle), the first team to keep a clean sheet at St James' Park this season :) . Slight consolation.

Man U may thrash 4 holes on Newcastle and don't really mind conceding one while we will also be among those who failed to score at ST.James park. :(

Honestly we didn't play. They never ever looked comparable to us and for once they got close but later totally sat back and seemed to be pleased with 1 point. Yes 1 for them means 1 point closer to the needed 40 points. To us we have lost very important 2 points toward CL.

  13. What our key Players can do:

TC=header. We never looked dangerous in the box due to his absense.

Arteta=free kick / corner. We hardly posed any danger from any of these today.

Pineer=crossing / movement. We didn't have a lot quality delivery from the left today

    Osman=dribbling on the right.

Without above mentioned, what i saw today was a team which couldn't pose any danger from set-piece.one of two occassions from the corner but could have done better.no play on the wings and totally innefective on headers in the opposite box. The most we can ask for them is a draw.

  15. Apology is useless we have used 2 subs already and yobo has been brought down once not sure how serious it was though.

if the game went on like this in the second, we would both lose points and players to this shitty team which should be shamed of themselves for playing like this.
