  1. Howard

    Coleman Heitinga Distin Baines

    Osman Arteta Neville Pineaar

    Donovan

    Saha

Donovan can play that position and play it well. I know he didn't play very well verse sporting, but if he was put there I see him turning eyes. He is not a Tim Cahill in the fact he will win headers and such, but he can create more there and still use pace and beat people. If so I put money down that he scores

  2. You are sort of correct. I have only been an Evertonian for 5 years now and I understand this is how I always feel, but Distin is just killing me slowly.

You must put on your blue glasses to say that we will have parts for next season. I will not say what we will have for sure until next season rolls around. I really do look forward to Jags and Heitinga in the back and Mikel controlling the game.

  3. I'm going to say sixth or seventh, but I just put on my blue glasses and I am seeing fifth. I will be happy as long as were not relegated because that means another season to look forward to with hopes of a champs league birth, prem title, and many more accomplishments. Man these blue glasses make things look awesome. I think I even see Felli a full fit going into next season (and by full fit I see him holding the ball, winning headers, and obviously getting yellow cards :D )

  4. DangerMouse I am just going to let that one go in one ear and out the other. I would love to see Jags on the bench, but more so would love to see him in full form along with Mikel. I think being cup tied is rediculous IMO. Your on a different team. Things should not carry over. I also think that if competitions are going to be mixed that the winner should have an automatic bid to champs league. Everyone knows that this is most likely never going to happen. Think of all the bitching of Champs League clubs. I know friends that would bitch bitch bitch if Everton was in Champs League through Europa, but I would love to see it happen :P

  5. I really think Moyes is letting Landon off to easily. He has been great so far and I believe that he would be like this for years to come. He was ready for a move away from the MLS. He has fit in great at Everton and is loving it there. I think if things could get penned out and agreed on then he would stay. I love the U.S.A. but the MLS is not a fit for Landon. He is way too good for the MLS. I really hope he stays at Everton.

  6. I agree with Blue Nose. This is a difficult decision but a major positive that I haven't seen in awhile. Options. There are people that we can put in. Our bench doesn't have an average age of 18 anymore. I think Neville hasn't been playing the best, but he is a captain so we will see. I trust Moyes as he usually knows what's best and his opinion is the only one that matters

  7. Scouse not to start anything or make you mad, but I think Landon has to be in the lineup. He has been playing really well and being an American and seeing him a lot more I think he is ready for this. He attacks people, has the pace to run by people, and can deliver balls (as we have seen with corners). He is worthy of the starting eleven.

P.S. Landon should have taken his P.K. the other day. He is the leading international goal scorer for the U.S.A. for a few reasons, but a main one is that he scores P.K.'s like it's his job, oh wait it is. No offense to the King, but he should not be taking our P.K.'s.

  8. I also agree with everyone else. He has great pace for a left back and as we have seen can play beautiful balls into the box. He would be a great fit there, but it doesn't seem like Capello even knows who Baines is. I hope he makes it and plays well in all the games except the game against the U.S.A.

    Love Everton and Love U.S.A.

  9. His loan is supposed to end when MLS season starts which is late march. The 25th is the first game here in the states. He is on a 10 week loan. By the way I understand also Everton would be dealing with a contract through the MLS, but not 100% sure on that. I think he is worth every penny of 6 million. He is way better than Billy right now and like bluenoseyankee said he has done more than Distin has all season. Landon is finally ready for prem league and can make a big difference. Having him team with Cahill and then running pineaar, felli, and artetta in behind would be awesome.

Next season would be a dream to have:

    Howard

    Neville Heitinga Jags Baines

    Felli

    Artetta Pineaar

    Donovan Cahill

    Saha

Then you could bring in Osman, Rodwell, an improved Coleman, Gosling, Hibbert, Yak, and others. I PRAY FOR NO INJURIES
