investing in Goodison, as nice a dream as it is, is a money blackhole. The amounts involved to get it up to scratch would probably rival a new stadium and the time line would be never-ending. Its just not feasible.
I totally agree we need a new stadium

A truly great full back,I think he invented the sliding tackle he had it of to perfection. He and George Thompson in the left back position formed a very good Scotish full back team. RIP

I have often wondered what Martin was doing since he stopped playing. Being on the backroom staff of his home town club has kept him out of the news.Good luck to him

Fellaini was by far the worst man on the pitch and Rodwell played for about five minutes, he didn't change the game at all. I don't mean to say this in the wrong way but did you actually watch the match Graghsies?
I totally agree Fellaini had a rubbish match

I see the church is still taking up space in the corner, meaning less gate money.

Alan Ball, Howard Kendall, Dixie Dean, Tommy Lawton,Nev Southall,Joe Mercer,Alex Young, I could go on and on with players from the 30s 40s 50s 60s 80s all better than the present lot.

FIRST SEEN BRIAN COMING OUT OF THE BANK AT THE CORNER OF SPELLOW LANE AND COUNTY ROAD COUNTING HIS MONEY IN 1958 WHILE I WAS ATTENDING WALTON TECH.
LATER WATCHED HIM RIGHT THROUGH HIS CAREER A TRUE GENTLEMAN ON AND OFF THE FIELD R.I.P BRIAN

My 1st time at Goodison was a FA cup replay against Sunderland 57or 58.The blues
winning 3-1. JACKIE KEELEY scoring at least 2of the goals, and Charlie Fleming of
Sunderland getting his marching orders.
