He did well in all 3 seasons for pompey
Scored double figures in both seasons for Boro
And without injury would have done okay for us after an outstanding first season.
When he returned Moyes pissed him off so his attitude changed.
When he was given a chance he performed well got his first goal of the season and then was dropped for Saha who hadn't scored for 10 months.
If this happened to me i would be slightly pissed
He went to leicester and was their top scorer in only half a season
He s now at Blackburn where he has scored more than all our striking options.

A wools a wool wherever he lives.
Picked up some lingo via Blueroom osmosis

Is "lid" a Devonian colloquialism Milky? I've not heard it.
Popular in the outskirts of scouseland i believe.
-
Yawn
passed your bedtime lid
X factors finished so off you go
-
Blackburn have scored twenty-one and have ten points....we've scored fifteen and have sixteen (having played two games less).
I know whose position I'd rather be in.
Fair point
very well made.
-
only if your defence is solid.
As it stands we have neither.
At least you stand a chance of winning if you score goals
-
Fair do's if Blackburn were doing well and yak was scoring but they're shite and are currently in the worst state they've been in for years. He's a goalscorer yes but at what expense? Football is actually more than just scoring goals, what's the point of scoring 7 if you concede 8?
But goals win games
And we don't score enough
-
The Yak will continue to score.
Not the first striker to be ruined by Moyes.

I'm banned from GOT

Jonny and Distin.
Both willing to pass a ball and we need the height and pace of Distin.
Jags should have gone to Arsenal in the summer

I'm not really getting this thread.
Easier to watch skysports results centre
-

haha if you wish to look at the way your other 300 posts have been met, when did you last have a good day?
Everydays a goodday now stick to your guns and ignore me

then i'll kindly ignore your further posts.
Bit harsh that mate.
-
thanks for that mike, more a film man than a theatre man. i do believe hes good at it though.
Not a good day for you mate
-
i re edited my post for you ;-)
I'm not going back to read it

bill is a show writer, he has people running his theatre company for him.
Does he not have people running his club as well
-
If you actually bothered to contribute to the site on a regular basis rather than pop up with your drivel you'd already know the answer to that.
Simple yes or no would do
-
since when was bill an expert at running a multi million pound business?
the issue isnt that the club should be plunged into more debt, its why has it been plunged into the debt the way it has been.
have you took any notice of all what been going on? or have you believed te clubs spin that this is because we didnt buy anyone this year?
Isn't Bill a self made millionaire.
I would guess taht gives him more credit than most fans
-
I must have missed Kenwright standing on the touchline when we played that season.
If Kenwright is responsible for that then he was responsible for us getting beat by QPR a few weeks ago.
Take the rough with the smooth.
But you concur that Moyes has failed as well then
-
im sure moyes will appreciate that you didnt notice all of his hard work.
Under most other chairman Moyes would have been sacked.
-
The applauding.
I can fully appreciate not booing him but applauding him when he's played a major role in the mess just seems wrong to me.
This s the chairman who got us into the CL qualifying round.
Got us to a top half finish in 7 of the last 10 seasons
And employed Moyes.
It's easy to focus on negatives but there are positives as well

shut the fuck up..it's gone..get over it..if you wanna join in then post here..if not then fuck off
Feel a bit bad now
-
You opinion on the protest maybe?
I would have happily partaken in a discussion if my thread had stayed open.
-
Mixed bunch of fans who aren't really sure what they are protesting about.
They manage to get good PR from the press but i feel the protest will be a very damp squib.(partially due to the toirrential rain forecast)
Have you seen the t-shirts
Yak scores 4 but we got Saha.

He did stay he fought for his place got his place was outstanding against liverpool then scored against stoke his reward benched for Saha who hadn't scored for 10 months.
Moyes has a stubborn arsehole streak that has cost us too often.
Cahill is the latest problem
