Mikels Left Tezzer
4/08/2008 11:08 Maduro To Head Valencia Clear-Out Hedwiges Maduro has been told that he will spend the next season out on loan and has insisted that is only willing to join another Spanish club from Valencia. The Dutch midfielder only moved to Mestalla in January after Ronald Koeman signed him from Ajax, but new coach Unai Emery has already decided that he is not part of his plans. Ahead of Valencia's Super Cup second leg in Madrid, Maduro held talks with the trainer and was told the reasons why he is not going to be a part of the squad this season. While the 23-year-old did not understand the decision, given that he has had so few chances to prove himself, he understands that he must now look for a new club. A loan deal could easily be set up in the next few days with Racing Santander, Deportivo La Coruña and Real Betis all considering making a move for Maduro. Valencia are set for a busy week with Éver Banega's loan switch to Atlético de Madrid to be completed next week, while Nikola Zigic is set for talks with both Everton and Galatasaray. Ludovic Butelle is surplus to requirements but has had not interest and neither has there been any clubs making enquiries about Hugo Viana after he was made available by los che. Mikels Left Tezzer
they are keeping him he has had a very good pre season I'm still shocked we didn't sign Manny, I reckon we could have got him cheap and with a full pre season behind him I believe he would have been just as important to Everton as Arteta.
