Digital Britain & The Internet

With the "Carter" report due to be released in the next few weeks Ive been reading more and more about ISP's wanting / thinking of charging for Internet content.

While reading up on this I came accross this article which is basically some market research into charging us for internet content...

Have a read but Id have to question the mentality of the people interviewed in the survey.......some would be prepered to pay up to £26/month for something they are now getting for free.
